To apply the solution, fill cap to the 1st line and mix with 1 gallon of water. Pour the diluted solution around the new plantings to settle soil and feed the roots. Flowers and vegetables require approximately 1 cup of prepared solution, and larger plants require several quarts of prepared solution. Repeat the application of starting solution in 7 days. For best results, begin regular feedings with Miracle-Gro plant food 7-14 days after the second feeding of starting solution.
