Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue 5 lb. bag of grass seed. Creates a durable turf. Light green in color and thick bladed leaves. Holds up well under traffic, drought resistance, plant in sun or light shade, has very good heat tolerance and requires less nitrogen and irrigation. Contains 50% coated seed.
